Avoid foods with the following ingredients:

2. miso
3. soy sauce
4. gum arabic
5. carob
6. emulsifier
7. guar gum
8. hydrolyzed vegetable (or plant) protein
9. lecithin (soy)
10. MSG (monosodium glutamate)
11. soy flour
12. soy nuts
13. soy panthenol
14. soy protein
15. soybean
16. soybean oil
17. stabilizer
18. starch
19. textured vegetable protein
20. thickener
21. tofu
22. vegetable broth
23. vegetable gum
24. vegetable starch
Note: Please read labels as foods containing soy should be labeled as such!
